Have you ever used "Most Likely To List" .com? NEED FEEDBACK!!!!

One of our agents came in this morning and was all excited about the possibility of garnering more leads with "Most Likely To List". com. I have no knowledge of this company and my experience with most web based lead providers has been dismal at best. I don't want to sound like a wet blanket, all negative and not nurturing by sharing only my experience and am looking for responses from any agents who have any comments at all with this service. I don't want our agent to spend money with no return but if it is a reliable and money making site, I don't want to discourage her from trying it. All feedback is welcome! Marnie, I've never heard of that company. I am not one to use sites that charge for leads. There are other more reliable and cost effective ways to get leads ... better leads. IMHO.

I don't trust anyone trying to sell me leads. I think that too many companies prey on new agents and just make quick bucks signing them up as a one and done deal.

Hi Marnie, I have found that if you google the name, you can get a feel, but I have on occasion googled the nme and typed the word scam, you sometimes get a host of people or business' that were scammed by those people and they will tell you their complaint. I was even linked to the BBB on one. Also you can google the name of the town or person you talked to. On occasion they will actually give you their real name.

Whenever I get a call from one of those lead-generating companies, I tell them I only pay referral fees at the closing table. They usually hang up after that.
