The Very Hungry Caterpillars in Flower Mound

By
Real Estate Agent with DFW FINE PROPERTIES 0506509

The Town of Flower Mound is surrounded by CATS. They are busy changing the landscape all around town.

It's progress in motion! Flower Mound now has a Hospital and many medical buildings. There's new development as homes below and above the half million price point are being built in many different areas of Flower Mound. There are now Apartments in Flower Mound too.

The CATS are on the prowl all over town. There is a Tree Ordinance in Flower Mound.

These trees have nowhere to go, nowhere to hide...

Being uprooted is tough on everyone!

Good morning Patrica.  Those hungry Caterpillars in Flower Mound will have their job complete before you know it.  They're very busy all over our Albuquerque and Rio Rancho area as well.  Progress it never seems to end.  A good thing when your in the real estate business :)

Patrica, Such a shame that the trees cannot be saved. We have a project in my area and those big old trees are part of the plan - they will be saved. Flower Mound is in motion. New home development above and below the half million price range will undoubtedly offer opportunities for many.

Nice to see some solid growth in your area Patricia and I sure hope you can save a few of those trees as well like Kathleen has mentioned.

Patricia,

That is a clever post...I was picturing caterpillars which would be turning into butterflies...sad to see trees uprooted, around here they are usually saved...Wishing you a great week. A

I have to laugh. It looks like the Cedaredge, CO Main Street Improvement Project. It was suppose to be done in two weeks...but now we are looking at November for completion.

Those are signs of progress or so they tell us. I hate to see the trees go and the earth disturbed. Oh well if you need more housing then this has got to happen to get them built.

Patricia- it is so good seeing construction being done, whether for commercial or residential properties.  That's a very positive photo to help us start the week.

Hi Patricia,

The "Cats" are going to make the area a better place for everyone.

Just have to stay out of their way when working. LOL

Have a great day in Flower Mound Texas.

Best, Clint McKie
