During the past several years, I have become a "buyer specialist" with regards to Vista Royale. I have represented and guided buyers in dozens of purchase transactions in Vista Royale and her adjacent sister community Vista Gardens. Both offer superb value for active people who are 55 or over and who wish to purchase a year round or second home seasonal residence in Vero Beach, Florida. At least one of the owners or tenants must be at least 55 to live in either of these communities. Some exceptions do apply.

Recent property sales for single bedroom, one bath and one and one half bath condominium apartments have been under $60,000. Some well under! Many recent sales for two bedroom, two bath units have been well under $80,000.

The communities are well maintained and well managed. The landscaping is tropical and located adjacent to McKee Botanical Gardens and nearby America's first national wildlife refuge.

The Vistas are active golf course communities surrounding the Lynx at Vista, an executive size 18 hole golf course. Together the two adjacent communities boast nearly 2000 one and two bedroom units, with five clubhouses and 5 heated pools. The communities include numerous tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, gyms and exercise areas, saunas, movies, cards, dances, a computer room, and many other social and sports related activities. Hiking and other natural areas are located nearby.

In addition to being mere minutes to beautiful ocean beaches, marinas, boating, and fishing, Vero Beach is a resort town which includes fine dining, numerous social and cultural events, theatres, an excellent fine arts museum, mini-casinos, arts and craft shows, galleries, malls, movie theatres, as well as world class concerts and major league baseball spring training.

You will find all this locally while at the same time within an easy drive to Orlando, West Palm, and Miami Beach.
