Over the last couple of weeks it seems that the daylight ours have been reduced drastically.
I am working harder and faster to get my stuff done in the daylight hours. I wasn't done to night, so I actually worked under my yard light to finish a project so I ddin't have to do it tomorrow.
I know that we lose daylight fast at this time fof the year.
I guess it is a way for us to rest of for the coming summer full of chores.
Great picture William. I'm sure you're not the only one noticing this as I've been realizing that each day my lights go on earlier and earlier. Wish we could get mid-summer sunshine all year around, but this time of year makes me appreciate it even more each June.
Hi William, great night sky picture! I agree with you that the shorter days and the longer nights are not always welcomed or wanted. I love the longer summer nights until 9:00 p.m. I guess Fall is finally here!
Yep the days are getting much shorter. I was told the daylight change speeds up around the equinox and we just had the fall equinox so that makes sense to me. I like your picture.
Yes William the only problem with Fall is the demise of our long summer days, of course it only gets worse when they daylight savings time thing starts (or ends) this next month.
The only good thing about losing the daylight is that my days end sooner, can't really show homes in the dark! :-)
With shorter daylight hours, we have to work more efficiently to get all the work done.
