Heaven Energy According to Feng Shui

According to Feng Shui there are several types of energy sources that impact us daily. It's not just the re-arranging for furniture and paint colors ;)

Heaven energy encompasses the air, weather, sky, stars and other heavenly bodies. New York City I love you, but your air needs help! Our bodies need fresh breathable air and some have even reported their energy level increase when breathing quality air.

Energy of the sky and atmosphere includes climatic influences that affect humans and other life forms.  Cosmic energy pulls from the universe which includes the sun, moon and stars.

Energy is all around us, both good and bad energy. When you go to Sedona, Arizona you get a different  felling than you get in New York City. Energy is by different locations, such as Lourdes, France.

When I took Yoga, I felt like I learned how to breathe and was able to have more energy throughout the day.

I sold a new to-be-built home som eyears ago that the buyers had all kinds of suggestions to improve the feng shui in the home - we moved windows and doors and changed around walls and they had to make sure the house number was the right mix.  I hope it all provided positive energy for them - I know I learned a lot.

Hi Laura,

Las Vegas found that out years ago.  They pump fresh air in their casinos so people will be energized and play more. I think that works because I hardly sleep in Las Vegas and I'm full of energy.

It makes sense Laura... We have air filters in our home and it is so much easier to breath and the higher my oxygen level the more energy I have... but nothing beats a nice walk in the country... we spent the past weekend in Vermont and truly got to enjoy that heavenly energy...

So, how can we attract this heavenly energy? Are there specific things that can be done to increase it in an area or room?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I am just learning about feng shui.

Good Morning Laura

I always feel better when I breathe fresh air. I've been in NYC and Philly many times and I always feel better once I'm back in the suburbs :)

You definitely need to come to Maui where you can experience some of the cleanest air on earth.  And let me tell you about the milky way here at night... it's dazzling.  It's no wonder that people here are just generally happier and healthier. : )

Laura-I imagine it is tough to get the fresh air in a big city, especially the biggest in the country. Maybe the air isn't the clearest everyday, but that's a high energy city.
