Do I go to the gym?
Do I ratify the contract and get it back to the buyer's agent?
Do I put the new listing in the MLS?
Do I show my property at 5:30 PM?
Do I write a contract offer?
Do I talk to an ActiveRain Member?
Do I write a blog?
The answer to all 7 questions is yes!
I did them all including tonight's blog!
Talk about a wonderfully busy day

Busy days fly by...but oh I like those lazy slow days more...it's just the lazy slow days do not pay the bills...but they do recharge the batteries!!

Alan, I have three showings at the same property 2,3 and 4 pm. I am making that an Improptu Open House...putting into mls and hanging my OPEN HOUSE signs.
