Which CRM is best?

Reblogger Beth and Richard Witt

I think this is a great question and would love to see a lot of recommendations. I hit the yellow star but I'm not sure if it will be featured and featured posts seem to be the posts that attract the most comments. So please leave your comments because I think we can all benefit from having great CRM programs... We use Agent Office & also find Boomtown to be an incredible program just very costly...

Happy Day

A Customer Relationship Manager is supposed to do many things - keep track of contact information, at least, but also help organize a sphere of influence touch program, coordinate a prospect marketing plan, and help us to keep in touch with past clients.

We've used several and are considering changing because the CRM that we're currently using is a bit more cumbersome than we hoped - it takes too many steps to accomplish what we need to accmplish. I don't want to have to click 5 or 6 times to record that I've sent a postcard to a prospect. On the other hand, we do need a CRM that is relatively robust - there are two of us, working as a team, and each of us needs to be able to see what the other has done and plan for follow ups.

So, Active Rainers, please help us choose. We have experience with Top Producer, AllClients, and Referral Maker CRM. What do you use? Would you recommend it or not?

I'm so flattered that you reblogged our post - thank you! We desperately need a new CRM (I HATE the one we're using and Wayne and I each prefer different ones) so we're hoping for great insight from our AR friends! Thank you!
