I just completed a quick study of homes sold in August, 2012 vs. August, 2013 to see what prices are doing.  Here's what I found:

*An increase in higher priced homes In Crystal Lake community attributed to great increase.

**There was a $555,000 home sale in 2012 and no home sold over $124,000 in 2013.  That resulted in the high decline of average sales price.
