Home Buyers Alive and Well in Geneva, Illinois
The National Association of Realtors released their Pending Home Sales Index today. This is a forward-looking indicator based on contract signings. As you may have heard in the news, pending home sales in August were down 1.6% nationally.
Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!
As you can see in this image, pending sales in Geneva were UP in August. As a matter of fact, they were up 44%!
