Stokes Reserve offers custom built homes with 1+ acre lots.  But we'll say right off the bat the physical location may throw you for a loop based on the combination of factors:  Clearcreek Township, Springboro schools, 45036 zip code (usually associated with Lebanon).  But fact is the kids of Stokes Reserve are heading to Springboro for class!
