
Utah only got an A minus according to
the Pew Center on the State's 2008 report. Still, only 2 other states earned A's, and they were also A minuses. (Virginia and Washington State.)
States are graded in 4 key areas:

- People (Attracting strong professionals to the state)
- Infrastructure (Roads, Bridges, Buildings, etc.)
and - Information (Using technology to communicate and interact with the residents).

Ben, interesting info. I wonder if there is any correlation between the rankings and the likelihood of foreclosure or for that matter the availablity of state assistance for home buyer programs.
(It probably does mean their roads and bridges aren't falling apart)
