Hi Gabrielle & Alexandra - Thanks for your comments today on my Fort Collins condo market report. Gabriele, we didn't have too much damage here in Fort Collins - Loveland got hit a bit harder and the montain communities like Estes Park and Lyons really got damaged. But the cleanup is underway.

Dick another great market report.  I feel like I now KNOW the condo market in Fort Collins, Co. And I'm quite interested to hear more about the most expensive condo.  Didn't know there were condo's like that in Fort Collins.
