Closed Steamboat real estate sales this week were 23 whole ownership transactions at just under $10 million. 7 single family, 8 condo/townhome, 6 land, and 2 commercial/industrial transactions comprised the week's total sales.
Pending sales average price remains constant at $442,531 as does the median at $299,000. Of the 148 pending real estate transactions in the Steamboat Springs area, 68% are under $400,000 list price and 9% are over $1 million.
