Motivational Power Quote
Ability to Effectively Interact With People
“The ability to deal with people is as purchasable a commodity
as sugar and coffee, and I will pay more for hat ability
than for any other under the sun.”
John D. Rockefeller 1839 - 1937, American Entrepreneur,
Philanthropist
As I see it . . . . . . .
Ability to effectively interact with people
Your ability to effectively interact and communicate with people will
. . . . have a direct bearing on the quality of the relationship that you establish with the person. The way you interact with the person will become the thin slice between a successful and productive relationship
. . . . and one that returns very little or no value to the people involved.
The person that effectively interacts with people will bring value into the relationship and will be sought for their advice and counsel.
One of the keys to successfully interacting with people is in your ability to communicate effectively with people. Effective communications draws the other person into the conversation by asking open ended questions and listening to what they’re saying.
Listening is a sign of respect . . . . activity listening to the person become the bridge to mutual respect, understanding and rapport.
The ability to effectively interact with people . . . . is deeply rooted in your ability to effectively listen and communicate with people.
