Lebanon Antiques Show October 5th & 6th 2013 At Bowman Elementary

Antique shopping alert! Coming up fast is one of the biggest antique shows in the area, the Warren County Historical Society Antique Show and Sale! This one has been around awhile, and this year will be held at Bowman Elementary (825 Hart Rd in Lebanon). Doors open Saturday October 5 at 10 a.m., and the day's session concludes at 5 p.m. Sunday session is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A one time admission fee of $8 gets you in both days. Proceeds benefit the Warren County History Center and Glendower Historic Mansion.

The show will feature exhibitors displaying furniture, textiles, silver, art, and much more! Chances are whatever type of antiques fits your tastes, they'll have someone there with just what you're looking for! And they'll have food vendors too!

I really like those antique shows. But some times they sell nothing due to their love of the items and wanting too much. IMO.

I love old things that remind me of my grandparents. Big families left me with not getting much from either sets of my grands, but I have often found little things that are like they used to have and purchased them. This sounds like just the kind of two day event I'd love to browse around. And it makes it even better when admission funds are going to a charitable organization.

Tammy, It's a win-win setup for everyone involved. I've always liked history, and my parents have a lot of old farm tools and items, lots of neat things, but I don't envy how they used to have to do it when I see those tools!
