So far this year, overall home sales were at 1,338 homes sold, a 37% change from this time last year. New Rockwall Texas Real Estate listings changed 15% for the same period last year with 225 homes listed this month. So far this year, overall home listings underwent a 17% change with 1,867 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 2%, with 130 homes contracted.
