Plano Texas Home Sales were up 24% in August 2013 over the same month last year with 400 homes selling this month! So far this year, overall home sales were at 2,919 homes sold, a 24% change from this time last year. New Plano Texas Real Estate listings changed 27% for the same period last year with 487 homes listed this month. So far this year, ovferall home listings underwent a 9% change with 3,830 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 19%, with 354 homes contracted.
