HELP:

I'd like to hear some success stories from agents who have purchased leads from housevalues.com, justlisted.com, lendingtree.com, or other lead generation companies.  I'm not afraid of spending money to make money, so I'd probably be willing to spend $1000/month if I knew it was going to produce good results.  I'm willing to put a lot of work into the leads too.

2. Structure of payment & cost (e.g. % or monthly fee, etc.)

3. # of Leads

4. Quality of Leads

5. Exclusivity and/or sharing of zip codes, etc?

6. Drip email campaign included, extra cost, or not available?

7. Contact management system included, extra cost, or not available?

8. Any other information that you think is important for me to consider.
