As of March 1, 2008, a total of 27 Single Family homes in the Foxfire area of Moore County were shown to be for sale in the Multiple Listing Service of the Pinehurst-Southern Pines Area Association of Realtors.  The prices for these homes ranged from a low of $199,000 to a high of $699,500, with the average price equal to $329,696 and the median price equal to $314,000.  The average number of days these listing were on the market ran 167, while the median number of days ran 109.

These statistics are not significantly different than those posted for February, 2008 which were:

As of February 2, 2008, a total of 29 Single Family homes in the Foxfire area of Moore County were shown to be for sale in the Multiple Listing Service of the Pinehurst-Southern Pines Area Association of Realtors.  The prices for these homes ranged from a low of $224,500 to a high of $699,500, with the average price equal to $329,431 and the median price equal to $309,900.  The average number of days these listing were on the market ran 176, while the median number of days ran 113.

Homes are staying longer on the market, but they are selling, it require good marketing with super exposure to accomplished the sale. A little more hard work is required. Good Luck!
