Cain and Company with Keller Williams Realty is soon moving up to bigger and better office space. As our fantastic real estate team grows, we have found ourselves needing more physical room for our team. We have secured a wonderful new suite located upstairs in the same Keller Williams Southwest Marker Center that we currently reside.
This space has recently been reconstructed as part of the Keller Williams market center's multimillion dollar renovation. Over the past few weeks, walls and doorways have been built, new carpet was installed, and fresh paint was applied.
Other improvements to the market center as whole include construction of a brand new reception area, new flooring, carpeting and paint throughout, an updated phone system as well as a new break area for agents and administrative support.
Our team could not be more excited to move to into the new space. The suite contains a private hallway and collection of three separate offices, and we will have at least twice the amount of room as our current office suite. We are hoping to move into the new space by the end of this week; however we are currently waiting for approval from the City of Austin for code compliance for all the new construction in the entire office building.
We know we will be even more productive with our new office setup, and we are more determined than ever to help even more clients sell or buy Austin real estate. In order to do so, we are launching a new campaign with are update office space. We have set a goal to list 50 houses in 90 days. We know this is not an easy feat, but we are determined to stay focused and help as many people as we can buy and sell great homes in the Austin area.
