I would like to recommend some good reading material for anyone in real estate or anyone that has to deal with people on a daily basis. I think that over the years we get in a rut trying to be all things to all people. The book is by Rick Pitino- Success is a Choice. This book has really inspired me and I hope that it is good reading for you. I know that real estate is constantly changing and alot of it is for the good for our customers and clients and the technology part for us to. We must not get to caught up in the fast pace of this and neglect our duties and responsibilities to those whom we must serve most faithfully.

I firmly believe that we are put on this earth for a purpose, and as we growth through certain trial in life that it is up to us to sow seed of our experiences with those who also will walk this path. Over the years in real estate I have has some great successes and like most of us I have also had some valleys. We can't remain on the mountain top all the time. We must also share the valley experiences with the Newbys who will also sometimes in their career walk them to. I feel like we are constantly building bridges to success and I want all to share in the knowlege that we have learn.
