First Time Home Buyers Education

First Time Home Buyers Education is required by some of the First Time Homebuyer Programs we work with. If you are participating in the CalHFA/CHDAP program you will definately need to complete a class from the list below. Contact your loan officer to see if the program you are participating in requires you to attend any of the classes.
