Just Sold in Ranch at Brushy Creek Subdivision in Austin, TX Oct. 2013

Congratulations to my buyer who closed this week on a lovely single story home in the Ranch at Brushy Creek Subdivision.

My buyer was a personal referral from a resident in my community of Canyon Creek who felt we would be a good match. We met in August and found the perfect home to begin a new chapter in my buyer’s life. We closed this week and the trucks are unloading as I’m writing this! I’m so glad to have a new friend and past client now living in Austin:).
