The Tiburon International Film Festival kicks off its 7th annual International Film Festival tonight with the Opening Night Film and Gala. The film, Twins for President, a Spanish comedy, will be screened at the Tiburon Playhouse Theater with a reception and gala afterward at the Corinthian Yacht Club.
With over 200 films from all over the world, the Tiburon Film Festival is a movie buff’s delight. In addition to the continuous screening of a fascinating array of films, a variety of events are scheduled for this week-long event, including opportunities to meet and greet both international and local filmmakers. The event will wrap up with the Closing Night Celebration and Awards Ceremony on March 21 – ending, as it began, at the Corinthian Yacht Club.
This is the perfect excuse to come by and give Tiburon a look-see. Less than 20 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge, Tiburon CA is a charming, affluent town perched on the edge of the San Francisco Bay.
