The number of Home Sales has been increasing in the last couple of years. This year the number of foreclosed homes that are selling is almost half what it was a year ago, due to the fact there are a lot less foreclosures now than a year ago.
The Median selling price of a home in the City and the County has increased in the last 12 months.
Residential Lot Sales have decreased in the last year in both the City and The County along with the median selling price of a lot. The Lot market continues to have a long way to go before it turns around.
These numbers are from the Realtors MLS System and do not include For Sale By Owner. This ia approximately 90% of all sales.
