I would love to meet with Gita Bantwal from Bucks County, PA. Aside from the fact that Gita is a fantastic person and Realtor, she also lives in the area I grew up. I have followed and commented on her blogs since I first found her here in the Rain. Knowing her area as I do I have learned a lot about what to do and how to do it in terms of marketing real estate and my own personal brand from Gita. I love seeing the pictures and am always thrilled to see a home I knew from back in my day.
I know I will be back to visit my brother who still lives in the area at some point and it is then I will reach out and visit with Gita. I understand I also have a cousin who is an agent in the area, but she does not seem to understand the value of being here on the Active Rain. Some agents don't get it and it is really their loss.
Gita is a true professional who gets it. She understands that sharing of her knowledge, time and expertise here is one of the ways to build and prospect for new clients. I admire that fact about all the people I am writing about. These are individuals I never would have met had it not been for this platform. We are blessed to have the Rain and all these great people
