Today our pals Gypsy (my pup) and Rocky (my mom, Belinda Spillman’s, pup)
enjoyed a gourmet three course meal prepared
by their very own private chefs, Belinda and I.
The appetizer consisted of “Chicken Apple Biscuits” made with chicken broth, wheat flour, ground apples, unsweetened apple sauce and eggs! The perfect recipe to wet the pallet (and the floors after the dogs drooled EVERYWHERE)
Next, our menu featured a “Cheesy Bacon Biscuit” made from only the finest ingredients … you guessed it, bacon, cheese, poultry spice, beef broth, wheat flour, and eggs! Yum-a-la-Yum!
For the grand finale the pups had the pleasure of indulging in the finest dessert in town … a seasonal choice, “Peanut Butter Pumpkin Dog Cookies” made with all natural peanut butter, unsweetened pumpkin, and a touch of cinnamon that even the most discerning pallet would appreciate!
We had a great time put our baking hats on and know our dogs were glad to be the taste testers. We got all of these wonderful recipes from an Ipad Ap called “Biscuit Baker”, $1.99 will get you about a dozen recipes perfect for your favorite furry friends.
