Well the month of February's numbers show that the vital signs of our community are alive and kicking. Thats not even the best part, we are actually starting to get into the busy season now!

• Lake North (LN) had 90 new listings
• The Average List Price (LP) was $433,341

• LN# had 40 pending ontracts
• An average LP of pendings were $228,481

• The number of sold homes was 21
• The average sales price (SP) $321,277
• The average of days on the market (ADOM) was only 71

The Sales Price by the List Price= %SP/LP was 94.48%.  This number shows us that most homes that are listed are being sold for 5% off.  That shows a pretty strong market for sellers and as well as buyers faith in the market value!
