Just Sold - 1004 Londonderry Dr., Glen Burnie, MD
I first met the seller of this home about 6 years ago when her home was For Sale By Owner. After a few unsuccessful attempts because of market trends and changes in the market we finally had a successful sale that came to be today. The Somerset neighborhood in Glen Burnie is made up of similar style homes built in the 50's. They are ranch style homes, usually with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and without a basement. Some of the owners like mine added additions to the back of either extra bedrooms, bathrooms or sunrooms.
