OK, I know I shouldn't use "ain't", because ain't ain't a word. My 8th grade English teacher would be so disappointed in me. She thought she broke me of that habit when she hit me in the head with the eraser.

First, I need to thank everyone who commented to my last post, both on line and off. It's great to see that this blog is being read and that there are so many great people who take the time to respond.

Second, I should apologize to AR for my last post. It appears after I wrote in about why it was flagged that they corrected the error and gave me my points back. Not only that, but I got an extra 100 just for giving them feedback. I still don't know what good they do me, but I never turn down free points.... (LOL)

Lastly, I guess it is OK to talk about my "other" business, credit restoration. I find that it is hard for me to write about something that I believe so strongly in and not have someone think it is an advertisement. I just never know how someone will respond.

If you are sensitive to advertisement, please exit now. Otherwise, here are three reasons why I am involved with US Consumer Credit Restoration Association.

1. It is an association with a large number of great benefits including discount health care, a Law Club with free attorney consultations, a former IRS agent who will answer tax related questions and MUCH MORE.

2. Our average client sees a 127 point increase in their scores in about 6 months.

3. Since it is attorney facilitated credit restoration, they see deletions of BKs, foreclosures, repossessions, charge-offs, lates, and inquiries every day. Of course, a "naked" report is not good, so they also assist in rebuilding credit through lines of credit, secured cards, etc.

This company is, by far, the best I have ever seen. I am now able to help those folks with credit issues get into homes of their own after they have been turned down by multiple other lenders (and in some cases, by me). It is truly a great feeling when I see the end results.

So, please don't accuse me of shameless advertising. I'm excited to be able to do this for my clients and have found a way to greatly benefit Realtors and investors using this program. It is truly a win-win-win situation for everyone!

I'll post again soon.

Scott
