Are Brio Agents Realtors? Why or Why Not?

Since there are so many Brio agents that are apparently compelled to join Active Rain, I thought I'd throw out the questions - are Brio agents Realtors? Why or why not?

I've struggled with these questions myself throughout my career, but have thankfully been a Realtor for most of my time in the business. I am proud to support SKCAR, WAR and NAR and have them working on behalf of myself, all other real estate professionals and most importantly property owners.

What about Brio? Anyone else want to state an opinion?

I have an account but have never really done anything there. Your mention of ActiveRain came through on a Google Alert and I went to read it. I did not sign in or even go to my account.

This IS old, but YES Brio Realty, Inc. IS a member of NAR and thus I every Brio Realty agent is a member of NAR and thus a REALTOR(R). No bravery required to write this comment ;-)

Brio agents join Active Rain because one of its creators also started Brio Realty. But of course that is not the only reason. Active Rain is a great resource for real estate. And yes we are REALTORS.
