Total re-sales in Maricopa County for September were 5628! That’s the 4th month we have seen a drop in home sales since our peak of 9,113 closed in May.
REO closed was 414 which is 7% and short sales closed was 487 which is 9%. Normal sales closed were 4,727 which represents 84%.
Pending inventory is down to 8,616. REO pending was at 530 which is 7% and short sales are at 2,705 which is 31% and normal sales pending at 5,381 which is 63%.
Active inventory for Maricopa County continues to climb with its biggest increase of 3,787 homes added in September to 17,208. REO active is 780 which is 5% and short sales are at 744 which is 5% and normal listings are at 15,625 which represents 90%!
