Newtown township, Bucks County,Real estate market report, August 2013

I looked up the mls for real estate activity in Newtown township in August 2013.

I looked for residential listings sold in August . This does not include homes not listed, commercial and multi units . It is deemed to be correct but subject to errors and omissions.

There were 38 homes that settled in August 2013.

The average original list price was $ 411,466

The average last list price was $400,179

The average sale price was $386,513

Highest sale price was $940,000

The lowest sale price was $ 200,000

The average days the homes were marketed was 56

The average settled price to last list price ratio is 97.09%

The homes were priced high and sellers had to reduce price as seen from ratios.

Good Morning Gita: Thanks for sharing this data. Wow, although our market has higher $$$ for sold homes, your market with $200K as the lowest does not come close to our market's lowest.
