When will the downturn/decline end? That is the trillion dollar question isn't it? I hear it about everyday, as I am sure you do too. While there is no magic answer for this question, there are always those who claim to have it. Like with this video, Mark Fleming who is chief economist at First American Core Logic. He claims that the market will not make a comeback anytime soon.

I am so tired of hearing everyone's opinion on this market and what they believe. They say they crunch the numbers and this is what they come up with. However, unlike most people who give blanket answers for when the market will rebound, this man and his company do not, they claim certain markets have things going in their favor, while others do not.
