Broker IPTV: you are classified as younger, but do you feel like being younger in real estate business that has a traditional of older demographic benefits you?
Heather Ehret Faircloth: I do, I feel like a lot of the younger buyers, who are very savvy and using different way of approaching real estate trust me and feel like I understand where they are coming from. I mean most of the home buyers now are going on the internet and doing research for several months. Really trying to figure what area they want to be in and then deciding on the realtors, if they one is one. I think the smarter ones realize that we use a realtors you are going to end up saving money in the long run, there is a lot of thing you can do, you can do your own taxes, you can buy your own cars, if you got the professional involved, you are going to end up saving money and I think the younger people want a save money, but want that, they are smart, they want to be educated about what they buying.<!--more-->
Broker IPTV: How about mentor do you have one?
Heather Ehret Faircloth: There is the lot of people as you mentioned like in our industry most people are 51 - 55 old female. We have some real classy ladies at Fuller Towne and Country, I want to be Linda Behr when I grow up, but I really love the classiness of Joanne Ernstsen and Ann Ludwig and they have been fantastic to me. Broker IPTV: What methods are you using to attract business?
Heather Ehret Faircloth: Really just being out in about in the community, I think when people meet you and know you and trust you that's when going they are going to open to about making such a huge decision that is practicing real estate. I am really involved in nonprofits and I have three kids in three different schools. I have been involved in the Colorado La Cross foundation and I am just really involved in Volunteers Of America, I like to get out and about and that is pretty much I do, I always see the traditional open house which I love, that I am just meeting people and Floor call, but...
Broker IPTV: Are you a techie or you involved in technology, do you use it a lot, you like it?
Heather Ehret Faircloth: I use it? I use it more than a lot of people in our business do, but I don't consider myself a techie, because so many people in my age are way more savvy at it, I need to be more so, it's great for sending people properties and when people know what they want being able to say "hey, this is right on the market" and then if they want to see it going out. I don't do a lot of marketing online or anything like that. I wish I was more savvy.
Broker IPTV: How about your future plans and goals?
Heather Ehret Faircloth: Future plans and goals, I really want to have a continued successful career in real estate. I want to do ten million year definitely. I just want people that continue to recommend me that always the best thing when you pick up the phone call and some says "Hey so and so said you were great, we are looking to buy a house, so how can you help us out." So, I want to get continued referrals.
