I wish I had more time to play my guitar or read a good book. . . but the phone is always ringing. .

We are already fastly falling into that tech black hole.

You just wait until the next disaster and see people scramble.

Richard, Amen to that. What time is saved with all the new gizmos we are supposed to learn. 

yeah, some days I wish it would all crash and I'd have to buy a couple of cows, chickens and start growing my food.  I have often said I was born a decade too late.

Richard, keeping up with what we have and also what is new and coming is such a challenge. Instant gratification becomes a new definition for me in working real estate and also in life sometimes unless I take the time to get off the grid so to speak.

You got that right Richard.  Technology can suck the life out of us if we let it.

Whenever our computers malfunction, or we simply dont let them function properly.. i always remind the staff that the computers are a TIME, labor, and paper savings device.

Then I quickly leave to avoid the airborne office supplies.
