Craig Rutman - I would like to Meet You in Person.
My dream wish is to one day be able to meet and greet Mr. Raleigh, aka Craig Rutman, humble self promoter realtor from North Carolina.
Craig is a market promoter extraordinaire. There is no one else that I know of that excels at promoting himself and the cities of Raleigh, Apex and Cary. He does it with humor and ingenious creativity.
For those of you who don't know Mr. Raleigh, he is multi talented, funny and innovative when it comes to the art of photo-shop. It is like a fun game trying to find where Mr. Raleigh will appear next. There is not one page on JustNCHomes.com or on his blog pages that does not promote the cities of Raleigh, Cary, Apex or Craig.
His localism ads are filled with self photo-shopped image . Seems like all the local restaurants have JustNCHomes.com on their menu. There are candy wrappers with his name on it. Soda machines with his logos. His list of famous friends, actors and acquaintances are a mile long. He hangs around with the likes of Mick Jagger, Heather Locklear, and even super heroes. Heard he even has a strong resemblance to the new royal baby.
I would love to spend a day with Craig. Someone should try to bottle his funny persona and creativity. He does wonders to market his hometown. Perhaps that is why Apex was voted the #9 best place to live in America and the #1 best place to live in North Carolina? I am certain Craig Rutman had a lot to do with it. Apex is a much better place because of Craig Rutman. Buyers and sellers know that in order to have a fun and successful closing in either Raleigh, Apex or Cary, it must include Craig Rutman as their real estate agent.
