Built as attached units with different exterior designs, Fairfield At St James are mostly Ranch style floor plans, with backyard or front patios. There are also upper and ground level units, and some 2 story townhouse designs. The townhouses have 3 bedrooms, with the master on the main level and 2.5 baths. The 1 and 2 bedroom units have either 1, 1.5 or 2 full baths.
Some of the Condos in Fairfield At St. James have enclosed sun-rooms and some have a 1 car garage. Each lower unit has a patio and the upper units have a balcony.
