Real Estate Advertising, Web Exposure, Money Spent, Assistant Needed!

Today I signed up for yet another web feature.  This one highlights my business across the top of the page and down the side.  In todays market you need to be on the web.  Or should I say all over the web.  When I sat down tonight and figured out how much I am spending a month on web advertising and placement I was shocked.  The fact is, however, that the buyers that I am working with are coming from my different websites.  Another issue to think about is the time spent to stay current on the various sites that you are featured on or that you are featuring your properties on.  It is a full time job.  Now in order to work with the buyers that you captured from the websites you invested in you need help!  Bring in an assistant.  Whether it is to do the paperwork or to take care of the buyers you need to get help!  The best advice I can give anyone is to learn from the experts! Model your mentor!  Take quality education such as the CRS classes.  The teaches are fantastic and the information, if put into practise is priceless.  Of course through all of this remember that your journey through your Real Estate career needs to be enjoyable and fullfilling. Make sure that you have your goals, that they are written and that you review them all the time.  I love Real Estate.  I love helping people acheive their dream of home ownership.  Enjoy yourself.

Cheryl - nice post!  You are so right about not being able to do everything and needing help.  I can't even imagine trying to do what I do without help.  I love the web and the leads but it takes a great deal of dedication to make it work.

Thanks for visiting my website and the nice comment on my "Challenge Overload" post.  I am keeping up and enjoying the time spent.
