When I joined Keller Williams (KW), I had the pleasure of meeting Penny Robinson, an outstanding real estate agent with KW North Raleigh (North Carolina). She and I became fast friends.
Have you ever met someone - and felt as if you've known them your entire life? Penny is one of those people!
She's always so upbeat, positive, and offers a kind word - no matter what has gone on within her day. And Penny always shares whatever resources she has at her disposal. If Penny knows something great going on in the real estate market, a marketing tip she learned about - or about a freebie someplace, then I, too, know it!
Not only does she look out for me, but also for other agents in the office. There have been several times when she's assisted new agents who were struggling financially to get their businesses off the ground.
And who said that real estate agents don't share with each other??
And let's not forget about her clients. Penny goes above and beyond for them consistently, too!
I feel so fortunate to know Penny, and to call her my friend. Long after our real estate careers are over (hopefully, many, many, many years from now!), in my Spirit, I know we'll still remain friends until the end.
Thanks for reading about my dear friend, Penny. If you ever have the pleasure of getting to know her, your life will surely be enriched!
Hope you're having a fantastic day!

I think too many agents are just out for themselves, but maybe that is too much of a generalization. I've seen in my time some agents that really did not want to share or have time for you, but there are still those out there that believe in the Golden Rule and not the gold dollar. I have been fortunate enough to find some great agents when I was new and experienced to show me the ropes, so in turn I want to return that favor.
