I’m Speaking at CAI-CT’s Legal Symposium on Thursday 10/17!
The Connecticut chapter of the Community Associations Institute (or CAI) will be holding a Legal and Legislative Symposium on Thursday, October 17, 2013 in Stratford, CT from 3-6pm.
While most of the presented material will be concerning legislative changes and how not to fear litigation, I was also chosen as a speaker to discuss FHA Condominium Project Approvals.
The primary focus of my talk will include the need to get approved with FHA, how the FHA approval affects reverse mortgages and common issues that we have seen with obtaining approvals and how to avoid them.
