I have 10 REO listings....the banks LOVE me!!

My newest & favorite positive affirmation is:

" I have 10 REO listings from an easy to work with bank. The bank loves me because I service them well. I put normal lockboxes on and follow up on every agent that brings buyers thru the home. I have a high sales rate and the listings keep going pending as fast as I get them, so the banks just give me more. Everyone in town knows I take good care of my listings & is very happy to show them."

There, I said it. Let's do it. Say this five times each morning, noon & night.

By next week, we will be on fire :)

Christina: What a great job you are doing. It appears that they, the banks, too, have noticed. Cream always rises to the top. Keep up the great work !

Susan - Thank you for the suggestion. I will add it to that group :)

Karen - I don't think you noticed, but this was a positive affirmation. I was speaking in the present tense as if it were happening. Honestly, it is not happening yet, but I am going to say this 15 times daily to get myself there.

Christina: Ahhh... now I get it. It was all an affirmation. It was a dream... and... I believed it. You can, too. This is kind of ironic, but I wrote a post tonight... one that put me over the 100,000 point mark. It was along similar lines as yours. The point of my post was... "as you speak... so shall your reality become."

Kind of like a "global affirmation. I hope I am not imposing by doing this, but here is a link to it. I would love to hear your comments. Best of luck with your affirmations. If I had the banks listings, I'd give them to you just on the basis of your incredibly infectious smile. It radiates the entire page. Great picture. Here is the link. On Becoming Ourselves...

I go above and beyond for each one of my sellers - the advice I give them on getting their homes ready and pricing makes their homes sell in 30 days or less! It's a great time to buy a house.

Michelle - I read your response a few times. Pretty good stuff. There is this awesome teacher/motivator/wonderful realtor that has an awesome positive powerful message on his answering machine. It is just motivating to hear it. You sound the same way. Bless you.

Congratulations Christina! I am still skidding on bank owned listings. I need to get past my mind block and just let it happen. May have to borrow your affirmations!

I have one that we just can't get sold....it's a good property, but there are so many others around that are cheaper.....what do you do if the bank won't come down past what is owed on it ?

Yeah!! That's perfect!!

I actually got my first two REO's this week!! I shared that as a goal with my best friend who I also do monthly goals with at the first of every month. (Its good to have an accountability partner.)

So, its almost like a prayer and you can end it with "and so it is!" releasing it into the universe knowing IT IS SO! I can't wait to hear back from you when all of this has come true!! Best, SM
