Central Ohio inventory of homes
Consumers: Please Visit Discover Columbus for CURRENT Central Ohio Real Estate Market Reports - this is old news but for some reason there are still a lot of people visiting. Although ActiveRain / Localism has a category for market reports a local ActiveRain member was highly opposed to my sharing this information.
The only thing I like better than a bar graph is a pie chart! I don't have a pie chart... and a pie chart would not make any sense for these statistics anyway.
Central Ohio inventory of homes and home sales - graph
Below is a bar graph about inventory and sales in Central Ohio. This graph shows sales and inventoy for the previous fifteen months. The light green bars are inventory, FOR SALE. The dark green bars are SOLD. The bars represent residential properties, (single family and condominiums.) Multi family properties, land, commercial properties are not included in the statistics.
There is lots of inventory for sale in Central Ohio. Sales are down.
The statistics come from the Columbus Board of REALTORS® data. The graph is from Trendgraphix. HER Real Living is the only brokerage in Central Ohio that has Trengraphix.
