If you are starting to experience leaks and problems with your disk faucet, then it might be time to take it apart and repair it. Most of the time it is a good idea to just go ahead and replace the internal components to get it back in working order. Simply follow the steps below to get your faucet working again.
1. Turn off water and shutoff valve.
2. Remove the handle and then the cylinder.
3. Check for debris, damage, or wear.
4. If the seals are worn replace them.
5. Reassemble and turn handle on, then slowly
turn shutoff valve on.
6. If the faucet still leaks, then you need shutoff
water and replace the cylinder.
7. Reassemble the faucet and test again.
