Why Join Richter Realty?

We are opening soon new office in Downtown Apex and we need motivated agents to grow with our innovative company.

Have you ever had a referral from a past client?
If you have, do you think they referred to you because you worked for a recognized company? Or because YOU gave them the best service & results possible?

I echo Charlie's comments.  I am not asking and don't want to know, but am curious as to the other 'hidden' fees that aren't covered in the 90/10 split.  It takes money to pay for overhead and it has to come from somewhere.  Best of luck attracting quality and loyalty.

What happened to the days when you had to earn your commission split? I'm sure you will attract some agents who are looking for the large splits, but are you looking for quantity or quality?

There must be more to this than meets the eye!!  I'm suspicious!

Why dismiss a better commission split ? It really motivates our agents to get more business. More money in their pockets means that they will invest more in promoting themselves. In our company we all work together as a team!

I wish I had that split, personally.  I actually am all right with people getting a 90% split off the bat.  I think it would motivate people to work harder initially, rather than a 60% split.

TO BE A PROGRESSIVE COMPANY IN OUR TIMES WE NEED TO NOURISH THE AGENT BECAUSE WITHOUT THEM WE ARE NOTHING.

I'm not very motivated with my present split, but I've seen many small companies start up here and fail.  I'm wondering what you all have to offer besides the 90% split?  If you are new without a name, wouldn't you need more of an anchor?  I'm curious to see how long you'll be around.

Our first year we gave away almost 50% of our commission to a broker. We struggled, like most newcomers to the business. We were determined to succeed and it did not take us long to realize that the only way to make work our business plan  work was to keep more of our commission. It's a very simple formula, if you can maximize your sales your cash flow increases and you have more advertising dollars that will bring more leads. I still wonder how many of my colleagues are afraid of the opportunity of making more money.....

I took the one less traveled by,
