Just when I get used to maneuvering around the old software for the MLSXCHANGE they change it on me again.  We are now on the 4.0 upgrade.  It evens has different colors showing.  I know I will figure it out but gee guys how long before you change it again??  Just wondering if everybody else around the country is going through this?

John, I love the upgrade!  They have added some fields to the report functions that will make doing market reports for neighborhoods so easy.  I haven't played with all of the features yet, but each new one I find, I'm just thinking "It's about time!"   Have a great weekend!

It is like anything else. When I first joined AR, I thought this was going to take a while to figure out. But it did not take long at all.

I have to really pay attention because my brokerage utilizes 4 MLS to market their listings, and I regularly use 3 when looking for client property.  Each one is a different system altogether--sure keeps me on my toes!

It's aggravating at times, but what can you do? You know a program inside and out, can quickly pull up what you need, and then it changes. A lot of the real estate programs we were using didn't work when we had to get a new computer with Windows Vista either.

It can be frustrating, and they just changed it here in my area, as well.  However I have learned to adapt and roll with the punches (changes).

John , They just changed it in my area as well, sounds like a conspiracy, at least they are doing something with our money

John, our MLS is getting ready to upgrade ours again.  It's supposed to be better - I can honestly say that the upgrades in the last 18 years have made our lives easier.  Just go with the flow....it gets better.

John

They are changing us up all the time, everytime I go to login the home page says 1 more day till the final change and that has been about three weeks now.

John,  Our MLS gets "new and improved" every  4 or 5 weeks - some are major and some are minor, but it's always supposed to be "easier",  Karen
