The real estate transaction is becoming more and more complex. Every year, at least once, our contract has changes. The mortgage part of the transaction eliminates many buyers from buying. More and more people are beginning their search for houses online. Sellers are looking online for comparable houses. In other words, times are changing!
Because of all of the many changes, in order to keep up we decided that it would serve our buyers and sellers better if we became a team of specialists instead of generalists. Each partner of the Pink House Team specializes in only one thing.
Mariah Mahaney is our Buyer’s Coordinator. Her job is to have first point of contact with all of our buyers. She will help with the mortgage qualification process. She will help narrow down the type of house, the location, and any other important features that our buyers require.
Angela Sheffield is our Buyer’s Specialist. That means that her only job is to serve our buyers in the most effective way possible. She has been trained to be sure that our buyers are as stress free as possible throughout the entire home buying process.
Janet Hamilton is our Administrative Assistant and Transaction Coordinator. She is the one that keeps the paperwork flowing throughout the transaction. She interacts with our buyers and sellers along with title companies, mortgage companies, inspectors, and a myriad of other people and parts to the transaction. In other words, she keeps it all together!
I am the Seller’s Specialist and Marketing Coordinator. My only job is to work with sellers to get their houses sold in the shortest amount of time for the most money. Since marketing is really the #1 item in getting a house sold, I have taken classes and courses on the best way to approach online marketing.
Although we have specialized roles, we are crossed-trained to know each position.
