How many times do we go out of our way for clients, other agents, servicers, friends, neighbors and family too and no one seems to notice or even say thank you? I like to do at least one thing nice for ar least a few people each day. I really do not expect anything in return, but a simple thank you once in awhile really feels good.
I am really careful to thank people as I go through my day - the security guards at the gates, the clerks at the stores, the gas station cashiers, the waiters, the car wash attendants, etc. It is amazing how much nicer people are when you show them respect and are nice to them.
