This weeks Market Report forSan Clemente and surrounding areas from a San Clemente Realtor Mark Paulson shows that Orange County Median Prices for the resale homes were up 20.0 percent, for new homes up 2.6 percent and for resale condos up 24.6 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 0.5 percent and up 16.0 percent on condos and up 95.07 ercent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 15.9 percent and the sales volume is up 27.3 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 26.5 percent and the sales volume is down 6.5 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 31.1 percent and the sales volume is up 24.2 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 29.8 percent and the sales volume is up 24.4 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 42.4 percent and the sales volume is up 19.4 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 21.2 percent and the sales volume is up 2.9 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 27.9 percent and the sales volume is down 16.7 percent.
As I have said last week and even more so this week This is a fabulous turn arround in the sales volume and in increased value. Many of the negatives in last weeks numbers are positive this week
