I own rental properties in the Cleveland area... I own multi-family properties in Cleveland's eastern suburbs Shaker Heights and Cleveland Heights, and a few vacation lakefront cottages along the shores of Lake Erie. Great post. You are so right. Investment real estate can produce some great financial results, especially with the income tax benefits. Now is the right time to start looking to acquire investment real estate, and positive cash flow is so important.
